About
PhD student at Royal Holloway working for the South East Asia Research Group specialising in carbonate sedimentology and palaeontology. I am currently researching the Neogene carbonates of West Papua, Indonesia and their associated depositional environments, diagenesis and palaeocommunities.
I Studied Palaeobiology and Evolution at the University of Portsmouth and did my final year dissertation on 'Taphonomy and Diagenesis of ammonites from the Whitby Mudstone Formation of the Yorkshire Lias' looking at diagenetic crystal growth within phragmacone chambers of ammonites in carbonate concretions.
