About
Seckin Baris Gulmez joined the department in 2008. He holds BSc and MSc degrees in International Relations at Middle East Technical University. He has also been granted Post Graduate Certificate in Contemporary European Studies at University of Birmingham and MSc in International Relations at Royal Holloway University of London. He is the holder of FCO scholarship (2008), Chevening Scholarship (2008-2009) and Thomas Holloway Scholarship (2009-2012). Besides, he worked as a political advisor in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (2003-2006).
